The School is delighted that Associate Professor Elva Johnston was one of the 15 UCD recipients. Her award was in recognition of her contribution as a doctoral supervisor. Dr Johnston is an expert on Late Antique and Early Medieval Irish history and has supervised many graduates, raising the profile of this area of history while mentoring a new generation of early career scholars.
